Morgan McKinley is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a Financial Controller in Northampton. You will report to the Finance Director and lead a team responsible for financial accounting, finance transformation and cash-flow planning, including monthly shareholder reporting and statutory accounts.
You will shape the culture of the finance function, drive process improvements, improve data quality and develop investor reports, delivering monthly insights into business performance.
