Tax Manager – Northampton

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.

We’re working with a well‑established and growing accountancy firm in Northamptonshire seeking a Mixed Tax Manager to join their respected tax team. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership on tax advisory projects while managing your own client portfolio. You’ll manage a portfolio of owner‑managed businesses and private clients, advising across a broad range of tax issues. You’ll also supervise junior staff and play an active role in supporting the growth of the tax team.

• ACA and/or CTA qualified
• Experience in a UK practice environment with exposure to both personal and corporate tax
• Able to manage client relationships and deliver tailored advice
• Practical knowledge of VAT, IHT, CGT and SDLT is a plus
• Business development experience beneficial but not essential
