We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and proficient Finance Manager to join CE Academy.
The Finance Manager is the academy’s main finance administrator and works in the CE Academy County office.
- Have a recognisable qualification in financial management (or equivalent experience).
- Confidently provide advice and guidance to school based finance (but non-accountant) colleagues toensure accurate reporting and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrate strong financial management and analysis skills with the ability to interrogate data and seekclarification where required.
- Have experience in a similar environment i.e. working with remote teams and ideally having a comprehensiveunderstanding of the education sector.
- Be able to demonstrate strong IT skills including Googleforms & docs as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.and a mastery of bespoke software relating to the jobrole.
- Have to meet the person specification and will be required to apply for a DBS disclosure.
