Our progressive modern client is a growing and successful commercial finance brokerage looking to recruit experienced Brokers to join its expanding team.

Working across a broad range of commercial funding products, including Asset Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Motor Finance, Secured Lending and Merchant Cash Advance, you'll benefit from a steady flow of quality leads, dedicated administration support and direct mentoring from senior leadership.

Basic salary from £26,700 to £35,000+ guaranteed basic depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
Quarterly bonuses of up to £1,250
Extensive in-house leads provided

About You

Experience with in a commercial finance brokerage
Proven ability to generate new business
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience using CRM systems
Strong IT skills
Motivated, target-driven and commercially focused
