Requirements A recent graduate (typically within the last three years) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or another related discipline.
Some previous work experience through internships, placements, part-time employment or summer work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A genuine interest in building a career within financial services.
