Treasury Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and develop a modern Group Treasury function within an international organisation.

You will take ownership of global treasury activities, including cash and liquidity management, FX, financing, banking relationships and financial risk
, while providing strategic insight to senior leadership.

• Lead treasury strategy, policies, controls and governance.
• Own global cash management and cash-flow forecasting.
• Manage debt, financing facilities, covenants and refinancing.
• Oversee FX, interest rate, counter party and liquidity risk.
• Build strong relationships with banks and treasury providers.
• Drive automation, technology and process improvements.
• Improve reporting and visibility of cash and financial risk.
• Partner with international finance teams and senior stakeholders.

You will be an experienced treasury professional with:

• Significant treasury and treasury risk management experience.
• Strong cash-flow forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with banking relationships, debt and FX.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical and commercial capability.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of delivery.
• Relevant degree-level and/or treasury qualifications.
