THE ROLE We have an opportunity for a Banking Lawyer 5-7 PQE with infrastructure/project finance experience to join an established team known for handling major high profile global infrastructure and project finance deals. The work will cover acquisition finance, project finance as well as corporate finance, refinancing and restructuring work. THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this role, you will have relevant experience across infrastructure finance and project finance, gained working for a leading City or US firm.
