MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT Global FMCG Business | International Exposure | Study Support Maidenhead | Hybrid £40,000 – £45,000  Study Support  Benefits We Do Group are partnering with a globally renowned FMCG business to recruit a Management Accountant into its Maidenhead finance team. You’ll join a fast-paced international environment where Finance works closely with the wider business. The role combines solid management accounting with exposure to operations, data, reporting and process improvement, giving you a much broader understanding of how a global product-led business operates. You’ll be involved across month-end, balance sheet control, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, while also working with large volumes of operational data and helping improve the processes behind the numbers.

• Supporting month-end and management reporting
• Owning key balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing recurring schedules including accruals and prepayments
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Working with operational teams to understand financial performance
• Supporting stock, inventory and other product-related accounting
• Working with high-volume financial and operational data
• Improving the quality and efficiency of reporting
• Helping simplify, standardise and automate finance processes
• Supporting audit and year-end requirements
• Providing analysis to Finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Getting involved in wider projects and continuous improvement WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You’ll probably already be working as an Assistant Management Accountant, Management Accountant or similar and be looking for a business that can give you greater exposure and development. Ideally, you’ll have:
• Good management accounting and month-end experience
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Part-qualified or actively studying ACCA or CIMA
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with high-volume data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive personality and willingness to challenge existing processes
• The confidence to build relationships across a business
