Interim Finance Manager

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in supporting a finance transformation and process improvement programme. The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of finance projects, helping to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and support operational decision-making.

The Role Areas of responsibility will cover:
Review and enhance finance processes and controls Support budgeting and forecasting activities Manage cashflow reporting and analysis Contribute to product costing reviews and process implementation Deliver ad hoc finance projects as part of a wider improvement programme Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiencies and best practice About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience Previous Finance Manager experience Strong process improvement and project-based finance experience Product costing experience would be highly advantageous Commercially minded with strong analytical skills Able to start at short notice or immediately Interested?
