3-4 days could be considered but also full time Salary: c.£60k-£70k FTE equivalent, Reporting to: CEO A well-established wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of finance, HR administration, and compliance support for the business. This role has grown from a pure finance function into a broader operational position, and would suit someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable being the go-to person across these three areas.

Sector experience is desirable but not essential. Finance Purchase ledger and sales ledger Balance sheet reconciliations VAT returns Month end reporting Quarterly compliance returns Liaising with external accountants at year end HR Administration Onboarding and offboarding Employment contracts and documentation General HR administration and record-keeping Compliance Supporting the firm's regulatory compliance requirements Assisting with compliance monitoring and reporting as required Skills Required

Experience with in a wealth management, financial planning, or IFA business would be desirable but not essential Accounting qualification advantageous, but QBE will be considered 2 years of relevant experience in a similar combined finance/office role Comfortable working across finance, HR, and compliance without a large support team Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude Strong attention to detail Confident communicator at all levels, written and verbal Good IT skills (MS Excel, finance systems including Xero
