West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Housing Enforcement Officer on a 2-year fixed term to inspect and enforce under the HHSRS framework in the private rented sector. The role requires strong knowledge of housing legislation and enforcement processes and will drive compliance across West Northants.
You will work across Housing Enforcement functions, with hybrid working—two days from home and three days in the field.
