Nail Technician

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and experienced Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about nail artistry and health, highly skilled across a wide range of modern nail techniques, and dedicated to delivering flawless results with excellent retention.

Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality treatments to a professional standard, including:
Shellac / Gel Polish manicures and pedicures (including proper cuticle care and nail prep). BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) overlays and structured manicures. Acrylic Extensions (sculpted and tip extensions, infills, and removal). Gel Extensions (hard gel / soft gel systems). Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable nail care treatments, and offer professional maintenance advice. Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workspace cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations (including instrument sterilization and workstation disinfection).

Keep up-to-date with current nail trends, techniques, and nail art designs. Build and retain a loyal client base by delivering friendly, professional, and personalized service. Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with salon upkeep when required. Requirements & Qualifications Proven professional experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon environment (portfolio or photos of previous work required). NVQ Level 2/3 in Nail Services or equivalent industry-recognized certification.

High proficiency and speed in application across Shellac, BIAB, acrylic extensions, and gel extensions . Strong attention to detail, excellent freehand application, and neat cuticle work. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
