Position: Care Assistant / Support Workers (Permanent)
Location – Northamptonshire
Shift Schedule – Hours between 07.00 am – 10.00 pm Mon-sun ( Must work alternate weekends )
Pay - £14 an hour

We are looking for Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team to support our clients in their day-to-day lives, prompting independence and empowering clients to achieve their desired goals living fulfilled lives, clients health and well-being are our priorities.

Care Assistant Requirements:

* Full UK Driving License

* Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

* Experience Desired

* Communication skills

* Knowledge desired for working with Children and young people

* Knowledge desired for working with Elderly people / Vulnerable adults

* Support clients in their own homes

* Enable and provide support for clients to remain in the community, safe in their own homes, and enhance their quality of life

* Provide personal care

* Assist in making Meals and Fluids

* Assist clients with all aspects of personal hygiene

* Use of moving and handling equipment and aids

* Assist clients out in the community – Shopping, doctor appointments.

* Provide companionship

* Domestic tasks
