** Average over 6 weeks = 72 hours / 12 hours per week    Week 1 –
No Shifts    Week 2 –
Friday – 11pm-8am
Sunday – 11pm-8am    Week 3 –
Monday – 11pm-8am
Thursday – 11pm-8am    Week 4 –
Thursday – 11pm-8am
Sunday – 11pm-8am    Week 5 –
Saturday – 11pm-8am    Week 6 –
Saturday – 11pm-8am
** Salary:
** DHU Band 4, £27,273 per annum (pro rata)

As a Dispatch Controller, you will:
• Work as part of a skilled, supportive operational team in urgent and out-of-hours care   
• Dispatch calls quickly and accurately to available clinical resources, ensuring safe patient flow   
• Monitor service activity in real time, prioritising urgent calls and preventing delays   
• Communicate clearly with clinicians, drivers and managers to resolve issues as they arise   
• Play a critical role in a fast-paced environment where confident decisions and teamwork save time — and matter most
