About the Role

Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading providers of private hearing healthcare, offering life‑changing services. We are looking for a HCPC‑qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist to join our team in the Northampton area.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell appropriate hearing solutions within specified time frames, complying with HCPC standards, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
  • Complete audiograms and customer records accurately on the company’s CMS system and sync data daily.
  • Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation process.
  • Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Qualified HAD or Pre‑Registered HAD.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Membership or willingness to become a BSHAA member.
  • Proficient IT skills sufficient for company systems and audiometry equipment.
  • Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Position subject to Enhanced DBS check.
Employment Details

Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with flexibility in accordance with business needs.
