Southfields Care home, rated GOOD by CQC, provides exceptional levels of support to people living with dementia, physical disabilities or/and sensory impairments. Why you should work for us | West Northamptonshire Council.
- Work closely alongside the management and support team, with the day-to-day running of the shifts.
- Prioritise and direct the workload to team members, ensuring any issues are dealt with as they arise and the health, safety, welfare of customers and employees are responded to.
- Assist the management team by providing and recording information to help amend and update care plans so that changes in customers’ needs can be supported appropriately.
35 hours per week, shifts of 7 hours. A mix of morning shift (7:45am – 2:45pm) and evening shift (2:45pm – 9:45pm). Alternate weekend working is required. Unfortunately, this role does not meet the legal requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
About youWe will offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in, there's no pressure to "hit the ground running"!
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost.
