• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community pharmacy
• Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff to achieve operational and service goals
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, NHS regulations, and pharmacy policies
• Deliver professional pharmacy services to patients and customers
• Provide advice on prescription medications, minor ailments, and healthcare products
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management processes
• Support the delivery of NHS-funded and private pharmacy services
• Develop customer relationships and maintain a high standard of patient care
