The role involves supporting a 20‑year‑old person with Lowe Syndrome, Fanconi Syndrome, epilepsy, and complex medical needs. The support worker will assist in personal, medical, and practical care across two family homes.

• Assist with PEG feeding and other nutritional requirements.
• Support respiratory care and medication administration.
• Monitor and respond to epilepsy and seizure activities.
• Help with mobility and communication needs.
• Execute bedtime routines and coordinate with overnight staff.
• Attend to emotional and personal wellbeing to ensure safety and happiness.
• Participate in shadowing, meetings, and training programmes.

• Calm, friendly, and patient disposition.
• Unphased by complex health needs and able to adapt quickly.
• Capacity to provide evening support to maintain safety.
• Ability to actively respond to seizure activity.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work at both addresses.
• Basic training in personal and medical care; willingness to undergo mandatory and specialised training annually.
