MWEB PCN in Northamptonshire is looking for a pharmacist to support and work alongside a team of pharmacists in general practice. The post holder will focus on chronic disease management, clinical medication reviews, and medicines optimisation within a multi-disciplinary team.
The role includes providing primary support to general practice staff for prescription queries, supporting the repeat prescription system, and leading medicines information and safety initiatives.
