Senior Care Assistant at Cliftonville Care Home (Northampton) supports the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care and create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

• Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, identify changes affecting care, update care plans and maintain accurate written records.
• Participate in person-centred care planning, implementing and monitoring monthly evaluations.
• Assist residents with medication requirements.
• Conduct staff supervisions and support staff development where needed.
• Serve as the key contact point for residents, relatives, visitors and health‑ and social‑care professionals; address reasonable requests promptly and elevate concerns or complaints.

• NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification for care homes.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar care environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
• Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

• DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
