Relief Pharmacist
We are looking for a Relief Pharmacist to support our Pharmacy teams across North and central Northamptonshire, north Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes and parts of Leicestershire.
Overview of the RoleIn this role you will travel up to an hour from your nearest Well Pharmacy to deliver pharmacy services and support across multiple locations. You will work with Pharmacy teams to provide quality care and services to customers, assist with new technologies such as a new PMR system, help with centralised dispensing and support the deployment of field managers’ mental‑health awareness training.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pharmacy services across the regions specified.
- Travel up to an hour from your nearest Well Pharmacy.
- Assist with the implementation and use of new pharmacy technology (PMR system, centralised dispensing).
- Participate in regular structured pharmacy visits led by Area and Regional Operations Managers.
- Help ensure compliance with GPhC, PSNI, DBS/PVG requirements and other regulatory standards.
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- GPhC registration required on start date.
- Management experience is desired but not essential.
- Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care and supporting community health.
- Salary: £22.50 per hour – £27 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Relocation support (up to £8,000).
- Welcome to Well bonus (£5,000 net, varies by location).
- Full GPhC / PSNI, DBS/PVG fees covered.
