Moulton Surgery in Northampton is seeking two part-time Patient Service Advisors to join the front desk team. The roles are around 20 hours per week, with shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays 8am–6:30pm, at the main site or a branch at the University of Northampton.
You will handle patient enquiries, book appointments, maintain confidentiality and support clinical staff in a busy NHS GP practice.
