Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule engaging activities (games, outings, workshops, events) Tailor activities to participants interests, abilities, and needs Lead or facilitate activities and encourage participation Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and external providers Manage activity budgets and resources Promote upcoming events and keep participants informed Ensure health, safety, and accessibility standards are met Monitor and evaluate the success of activities
