The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager for our registered care homes in Northamptonshire. You will work closely with our Adult Specialist Care Division leadership team comprising the Service Director and Associate Director of Nursing to lead and uphold high standards of care and governance.
As the Registered Manager, you will be legally responsible for ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. Your role will be crucial in driving service excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining high governance standards to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.
Responsibilities- Lead and coach teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards.
- Promote a positive, engaging, and service-user-focused culture across all services.
- Ensure effective, consistent, and efficient care delivery, driving service improvements and maintaining high governance standards.
- Manage referrals, admissions, and discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions for service users.
- Oversee resource and workforce planning, maintaining safe staffing levels and ensuring compliance with CQC staffing standards.
- Manage resources within budget, meeting financial targets and key performance indicators.
- NVQ Level 5 in Management (or equivalent).
- Strong track record in managing services regulated by CQC and driving high-quality governance standards.
- Experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a complex community-based service.
- Significant experience inspiring, empowering, and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Desirable: experience working within Learning Disability or deaf services; drive to further develop services in this area.
- Advantageous: BSL trained, although not essential; we welcome applications from the deaf community who meet the required management experience and qualifications.
- Passion for delivering excellent person-centred care and commitment to achieving a CQC rating of Good or above.

£50,000 to £54,000 a year plus £6,300 travel allowance and package.
