The Role:
Full-time Support Worker position based in the NN4 area of Northampton Minimum commitment of 6 weeks required , with potential for a longer-term opportunity Flexible rota-based shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm Sleep-in opportunities available Driver preferred but not essential Immediate start available Essential Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience Experience working with children and/or young people is highly desirable Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour preferred Previous experience in an EBD home, residential care setting, or similar environment is advantageous
Experience with personal care, medication, and moving & handling Ability to commit to full-time flexible rota work for at least 6 weeks Right to work in the UK ( we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role ) Reliable, resilient, and compassionate approach to care If you have experience supporting children and young people and are looking for a rewarding Support Worker role in Northampton (NN4), we would love to hear from you.
