Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker for our Northampton service Loyd House. This full-time role includes day and night shifts, weekends on a rota basis, and duties to support rehabilitation and daily living activities for people with complex needs.
Applicants should show a genuine interest in person-centred care, strong communication skills, and experience in the care sector or mental health. DBS checks are required. We are Disability Confident and committed to accessible recruitment.
