Cygnet Hospital Bierley is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to inspire, support and oversee delivery of high-quality care. You will work 38.5 hours weekly (days, nights, weekends) and lead care teams across multiple wards in a trauma-informed framework.
Essentially, you will provide leadership, ensure care plans meet NMC guidelines and supervise medicines administration, audits and quality improvement activities. DBS checks are required.
