Alexandras Community Care is seeking a dedicated Supported Living Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and with choice. You will assist with daily activities, community access, and personal care, while following individual support plans and building trusting relationships with the people and families involved.
We welcome compassionate, reliable candidates; full training is provided. A valid driving licence is required, with pool cars available.
