A secondary school in Northampton are looking for a skilled Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Manager to take ownership of delivering an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service. In this pivotal role, you ll ensure every member of our team feels valued and supported.

What You ll Do

Manage and process monthly payroll for all staff
Administer benefits and pension schemes (LGPS and Teachers Pension)
Ensure compliance with HMRC and statutory regulations
Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and third-party submissions
Provide expert payroll advice to staff and schools
Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity
You ll work closely with our People & Culture and Finance teams to deliver a seamless payroll experience across the organisation.

Proven experience in payroll management
Strong knowledge of pensions and benefits administration
Excellent attention to detail and compliance expertise
Ability to build positive relationships and provide clear guidance
