• Business Development & Client Partnerships:
  Build excellent partnerships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand and deliver exceptional service.
• Candidate Care:
  Build meaningful connections with candidates, going above and beyond to support their career journey and ensure they feel valued every step of the way.
• Organisation & Administration:
  Keep systems and databases accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth processes and efficient processes.
• Negotiation & Placement:
  Guide candidates through the offer stage with professionalism and care, securing the right fit and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• A genuine passion for helping others, with the drive to positively transform lives through your work.
