The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 desk, handling both temporary and permanent placements. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, placing candidates, and building long-term client relationships.

This is a role for someone ambitious, results-focused, and ready to run their own desk and grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full 360 recruitment across industrial roles (temp & perm)

* Proactively generating new business through sales and networking

* Managing and growing existing client relationships

* Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates efficiently

* Negotiating fees, terms, and contracts

* Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs

* Taking ownership of your desk with a “get it done” attitude

Who We’re Looking For

* Experienced in recruitment (industrial sector experience preferred)

* Confident in sales, client negotiation, and business development

* Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed

* Strong communicator and relationship builder

* Able to work under pressure while managing a busy desk

* Ambitious, with a desire for career progression and the opportunity to run your own desk
