What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing a permanent recruitment desk
• Winning new clients and managing existing accounts
• Taking detailed job briefs and delivering high‑quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to placement
• Advising clients on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies
• Creating a strong candidate network through proactive sourcing
• Negotiating fees, offers, and terms with confidence

• Previous experience in agency recruitment
• A genuine interest in permanent recruitment and relationship‑building
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
• Confidence picking up the phone and opening conversations
