Tip Top Job is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team in a brand new hybrid role. This position works closely with the UK HR Manager, supporting our multi-site manufacturing, sales, and service operations across the UK and Nordic regions. The role provides opportunities for career growth and development within a global company.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, providing administrative support, and advising managers on HR related matters. Previous HR experience and a relevant qualification such as CIPD Level 3 are preferred.
