Job Overview

Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for the Angard Staffing department, supporting the Service Delivery Team. This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) works 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, including early, late, and weekend shifts. This is a fixed‑term contract until December 2026.

• Create and issue offer letters and screening links to begin pre‑employment checks.
• Check right‑to‑work documentation.
• Guide candidates through onboarding processes from screening to offer acceptance.
• Update multiple internal systems.

• Demonstrable experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.
• Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
