This HR Administrator role in the Technology & Telecoms industry is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in Human Resources. Based in Northampton, the position offers a chance to support HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Client Details

The company operates within the Technology & Telecoms sector and is recognised for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. As a small-sized organisation, they provide a focused and collaborative working environment for their team members. They are now looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis at their offices in location, with hybrid working.

Description

Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
Handle HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data input.
Monitor and manage employee absences and leave records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

A solid understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks.
CIPD Level 3 qualification is desireable.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

Job Offer

Competitive annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.

This role offers hybrid working, 2 days in office and 3 from home.
This is a temp to perm opportunity.
