HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Align people‑related policies and processes to ensure legal compliance.
- Implement an approved People Plan that underpins the changes required to Culture and Performance.
- Manage and motivate the HR team to deliver against team and individual objectives.
- Support the establishment of the required Leadership standards and capability at all levels of the business via leadership development, management training, succession planning, etc.
- Provide proactive support and advice across the full spectrum of employee relations and employment law, including grievance, discipline, dismissal, TUPE and redundancy.
- CIPD Level5 qualified (or working towards); strong HR knowledge and up‑to‑date employment law expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Planning & organisation skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to influence others.
- Strong IT skills e.g. MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations, Change Management and HR databases.
Full‑time permanent position. Work days Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00. Flexibility is required.
Pay and benefitsSalary up to £50,000 per annum; 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and death in service.
