Reed Talent Solutions in Northampton is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Angard Staffing team and the Royal Mail contract. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) operates on a 5/7 rota, including early, late and weekend shifts, with a fixed-term contract to December 2026.
You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, guide applicants from screening to offer, and ensure right-to-work checks are completed.
