As a Senior Compensation Analyst at GXO , you'll support key compensation initiatives across our UK&I business, including pay reviews, bonus schemes, benchmarking, gender pay reporting and future pay transparency programmes.
You'll work closely with HR, Finance and business leaders while developing towards a SME status in compensation. Working pattern:
This opportunity is on a full time, permanent basis with a working location of Northampton. We offer a hybrid working set up, with two days per week in the office and flexibility around working hours to support global business needs.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide compensation insights and reporting Support annual pay reviews, bonus programmes and compensation governance activities Conduct salary benchmarking , survey analysis and job evaluation work Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders on reward projects Contribute to strategic initiatives including gender pay reporting, HR systems and pay transparency projects What you need to succeed at GXO:
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets Experience in compensation, reward, finance, payroll, HR analytics or a similar analytical role Exposure to pay reviews, benchmarking, bonus programmes, job evaluation or reward reporting Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently A proactive approach and genuine interest in building a career in compensation and reward Why GXO?
