We are looking for Recruitment Administrators to support a major overspill recruitment project. Based at our Northampton office, you will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding warehouse operatives to meet high-volume staffing requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting pre-screening interviews with candidates

Processing online registrations

Carrying out compliance and right-to-work checks

Managing candidate records and documentation

Providing general recruitment and administrative support

Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns for warehouse operatives

About You
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work

Strong communication and organisational skills

Comfortable working in a busy office environment

Excellent attention to detail

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

Ability to work to deadlines and manage a high workload
