The Talent World in Northampton is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our international business and deliver a proactive HR service across the organisation.
You’ll advise managers, handle employee relations, coordinate payroll data, onboarding and reporting, with a strong focus on GDPR compliance, wellbeing and continuous improvement. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, salary £30,000–£36,000 DOE.
