Commercial Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to join a small, friendly HR team in Kettering. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, absence management and TUPE, with exposure to multiple HR processes in a varied environment.
You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting around 180 staff and contributing to continuous improvements while maintaining records in the HR system.
