Allen Motor Group is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to own the end-to-end recruitment function in Northampton Riverside. You will partner with hiring managers, attract, assess and hire talent, and enhance the candidate experience while managing the ATS and driving recruitment improvements.
Based in Northampton Riverside, the role reports to the Head of HR and offers a salary of up to £38,000, with 30 days holiday and a strong benefits package to support career development.
