GXO in Northampton is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a generalist HR service across the operation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll coach leaders, guide managers on employee relations and engagement, and balance day-to-day priorities with longer-term people initiatives.
This role is a 12-month FTC with working hours 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Salary up to £33,000 plus 33 days leave and a comprehensive benefits package.
