Loom Talent are delighted to be partnering with a leading 3PL logistics organisation to recruit a Regional HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Supporting three operational sites across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Norfolk, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced logistics business in a true generalist HR role. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll spend one day each week at each site, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week, providing day-to-day HR support while helping to drive best practice across the region.
The Role- Build strong relationships with site leadership teams, providing pragmatic HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage a varied employee relations caseload including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and performance management.
- Coach and support managers through employee relations matters, ensuring a consistent approach and compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, changes to terms and conditions and employee communications.
- Work closely with Payroll and operational teams to ensure employee information is accurate and payroll processes run smoothly.
- Produce HR reports and use people data to identify trends and support decision making.
- Support HR projects and people initiatives including manager development, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across all sites and remain compliant with employment legislation.
This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background and previous exposure to employee relations casework. You'll be confident building relationships with managers, enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment and be comfortable supporting multiple sites.
Experience with in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or another operational environment would be highly advantageous, along with a good understanding of UK employment law. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) would be beneficial but isn't essential.
