Our client is a well-established HR consultancy supporting SME businesses across a wide range of industries throughout the UK. They're looking for an HR Advisor to manage your own client portfolio, build lasting relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused HR advice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving people challenges, managing employee relations cases and working across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing day-to-day HR advice to a portfolio of SME clients.
• Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, capability and performance.
• Advising managers and business owners on employment law and HR best practice.
• Preparing contracts, policies, handbooks and HR correspondence.
• Supporting organisational change, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE.
• Conducting investigations, HR audits and compliance reviews, including DSARs.
