HR Now in Jersey seeks an experienced HR Consultant to deliver practical HR advice and support to clients across a range of sectors, including employee relations, policies, organisational change and employment law compliance.
You will build strong client relationships, tailor HR solutions, and support business development activity. Strong generalist HR experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Jersey employment law are essential; MCIPD preferred.
