What you’ll be doing :- Leading a wide range of ER cases with confidence and expertise
- Managing complex change processes from end to end
- Handling ACAS, ET3 and sensitive exits
- Reviewing and renewing our HR policies and toolkits
- Producing monthly insights and ER MI reports
- Delivering ER training and strengthening manager capability
- Supporting performance reviews and wider HR projects
- Bring experience from a complex, multi‑site set‑up
- Communicate with clarity, confidence and empathy
