The Role
As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of an existing temporary desk specialising in Driving recruitment.
You'll:
 
* Manage and develop an existing Driving desk
 
* Build relationships with existing clients and win new business
 
* Recruit temporary Drivers.
 
* Source, interview and place quality candidates
 
* Fill bookings quickly while delivering a high level of service
 
* Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
 
* Play an important part in the continued growth of the branch
About You
To succeed as a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you'll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy developing business as much as delivering great service.
You'll ideally have:
 
* Previous recruitment agency experience
 
* A background in recruitment
 
* A proactive approach to business development
 
* Strong relationship-building skills
 
* The ability to manage a busy temporary desk
 
* A positive attitude and the drive to grow your desk
