HR Shared Services Manager

HR Shared Services Manager 6-Month FTC Up to £85,000 Hybrid Forward Role are partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Shared Services Manager on a 6-month FTC. This is a key leadership role overseeing HR Shared Services leading teams responsible for HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, immigration, data privacy, regulatory compliance and service delivery across a complex, fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for ensuring an outstanding employee experience while driving operational excellence, strengthening governance and identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes. Working closely with HR, Payroll, HR Systems, IT, Finance and Risk teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the function operates and scales. What you'll be doing:
Leading HR Shared Services and HR Compliance teams Overseeing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Acting as the senior escalation point for complex operational and compliance matters Leading UK Right to Work, immigration, sponsorship and visa-related activity Driving process improvement, automation and service transformation initiatives Partnering with HR Systems to maximise systems capability and improve service delivery Managing HR data privacy, compliance controls and Data Subject Rights Requests Developing service metrics, reporting and governance frameworks Building strong relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Information Security and the wider business

About you:

Proven leadership experience within HR Shared Services, HR Operations or a similar service-delivery environment Strong knowledge of UK immigration, Right to Work and sponsorship requirements Experience managing compliance, governance, audit and regulatory obligations A track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational transformation Strong HR systems capability, with Oracle HCM experience desirable Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a complex or regulated environment If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please click the link to apply or contact Alex Wright @ Forward Role directly for more details.
