Salary: Up to £60,000 pro rata

Work Life Balance: Hybrid - occasional travel to Northampton

Contract: 6 month FTC

The Role:

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and partners.
  • Track and manage leads in CRM systems; ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to analyse financial reports, market trends, and business performance metrics.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data driven decision making.
  • Awareness of business laws, contracts, and corporate governance.
  • Ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies for business efficiency.

Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:

  • Experience with in the insurance industry (travel experience is a plus) or similar sector experience; eagerness to improve knowledge of the industry is beneficial.
